Nili is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University (2002), holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. (summa cum laude), majoring in commercial law, as well as an M.B.A (magna cum laude), with a broad major in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the School of Business Administration at the Hebrew University (2017).

Nili has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2003 and is certified in mediation by the Israel Bar Association.

Nili primarily provides legal counsel and support for the firm’s clients and handles the fields of litigation at the firm, engagements and the conduct of negotiations, as well as advising tender committees of various organizations (including associations and NPOs, institutes of higher education and statutory corporations). Nili previously acted as a disciplinary prosecutor at the Civil Service Commission, as well as an attorney at the Office of the Jerusalem District Attorney (Civil). By virtue of her training and her experience, Nili has extensive knowledge in civil and administrative legal proceedings, in labor law, in advising assisted living facilities and senior homes, and served as manager of an assisted living facility and a nursing home.
